Delivery Policy

Pickup Service :

  • You are welcome to self-pickup at our factory :

  • Please consult a Customer Service or Sales Representative about truck tonnage options. Pick-up is available from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (Monday – Saturday, EXCLUDING Malaysia Public Holiday).
  • if you exceeded the deadline for pickup on the scheduled date, please contact our Sales Representative / Office 03-6094 1122 or email enquiry@powercool.com.my to re-schedule a new pickup time.

 

Delivery Policy :

  • Your goods will be shipped only upon order confirmation which payment done. Order s made after 2pm each day would be consider as next purchase day.
  • All Goods shall be delivered on the date provided in the Order Confirmation (“Delivery Date”) to the address (“Delivery Address”) specified in this order within the Delivery State (as defined below).
  • Delivery any time between 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM,(Monday – Saturday, EXCLUDING Malaysia Public Holiday). Subject to Hi-Ten’s Terms and Conditions.
  • Delivery appointments will be scheduled when the system leaves the factory and will be verified one or more days prior to the specified delivery time. Our sales coordinator will call you prior delivery, and our lorry driver will call you before arrival.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, we will not deliver any goods to any location beyond the delivery area and shipping charges (if any) you pay us cannot be deducted against installation or other service fees.
  • Delivery is available in West and East Malaysia. Klang Valley will be charge-free.
  • A signature is required upon delivery of your order as proof of receipt.

Estimated order-cycle time (Personalized Orders):

7 – 12 working days (from the time Hi-Ten receives your order until delivery)

Working Day 0 Order submitted to Hi-Ten for processing.
Working Day 1 Hi-Ten received your order.
Working Day 2 – 3 Hi-Ten confirms your order details and payment, and place order to our factory. Note that payment must be received before the order is confirmed.
Working Day 4 – 6 Production is processing orders. If there are any parts shortages or unavailability of materials at this stage, delays could happen.
Working Day 7 – 12 Order done and is handed over to Hi-Ten’s logistic department for delivery to your specific delivery address.

 

Potential Delays :

Please note that your order may be delayed due to the following reasons:

  • If payment is not approved/received.
  • If there are part shortages.
  • If you have purchased multiple items, some of which will take longer to complete than others, you may request that we deliver the finished product to you first. You can select to acquire a part of the item while you wait in this situation.
  • If you are not available at the time of attempted delivery, we will reschedule the delivery date and time.

Delivery Terms

  • We reserve the right to revise any terms of the delivery service (but not limited to the Delivery Zone and the delivery charge) from time to time without prior notice. All delivery charges paid are non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or goods once the Order is confirmed pursuant to (PLACING ORDER CLAUSE)
  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, time of delivery of the Goods shall not be of the essence in the Contract and are only our best estimation. We reserve the right to change the Delivery Date from time to time upon service of reasonable prior notice to you, whereupon you shall accept delivery of the Goods on such revised Delivery Date as we may advise. Under no circumstances shall we be liable to you for any delay (howsoever caused) in respect of the delivery of the Goods (whether or not the same has been notified to you).
  • “Working Day” shall mean a day excluding Sunday or public holiday in Malaysia.
  • To protect your interest and as record of delivery, we will require you or your authorized representative, as the case may be, to provide your / his / her / original identity card (I.C.) or identification document and written authorization (if applicable) and such other documents as we may require for verification upon delivery. We reserve the right to decline delivery of the Goods in the event that our request hereunder is not duly complied with.
