Terms & Conditions
In conjunction with Imax Refrigerator Malaysia’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, Imax has launched the “Imax Flood Relief Program” to support individuals and businesses affected by recent flood incidents.
This program aims to assist flood-affected customers in rebuilding their operations by offering 50% OFF selected AI+ Inverter Display Chillers, helping to reduce replacement costs and energy expenses.
1. Flood Affected Areas
This program is strictly limited to customers located in the following flood-affected areas, subject to verification by Imax Refrigerator Malaysia:
- Terengganu
- Kelantan
- Kedah
- Perlis
- Selangor (Selected Areas)
- Pahang (Selected Areas)
- Perak (Selected Areas)

4. Eligibility
This program is applicable to:
- Individual customers and business owners located within the flood-affected areas
- Customers who can provide valid proof of flood impact, including photos, community verification letters, or other supporting documentation
This program is NOT applicable to:
- Dealers, resellers, distributors
- Bulk corporate or project purchases
- The product is undamaged, but the customer wants to exchange it for a new one.
5. Program Benefits
A. Discounted Purchase
- 50% OFF selected AI+ Inverter Display Chillers
- The price includes ground-level transportation and installation costs only, but does not include any handling services or other additional services.
Additional charges apply for:
- Staircase carrying
- Crane services
- Special access or non-standard handling requirements
6. General Conditions
- Program is valid for purchases made directly from Imax Refrigerator Malaysia or its authorized representatives
- Products purchased under this program are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty on new parts, covering manufacturing defects only, Exclude Wear & Tear.
- This program cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers
- Imax Refrigerator Malaysia reserves the right to verify all submitted information and reject applications with false, inaccurate, or incomplete details
- No refunds, exchanges, or credit claims are applicable for products purchased under this program
- Imax reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice
- All decisions made by Imax Refrigerator Malaysia shall be final and binding
7. Documentation Required
Customers must submit the following information for verification:
- Full name / Business name
- Location address within affected area
- Photos showing flood damage
8. Liability & Warranty Scope
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damages caused by misuse, power surge, flooding after purchase, or external factors
- Imax Refrigerator Malaysia shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in this program
- Customers agree to release Imax Refrigerator Malaysia, its employees, and partners from any liabilities related to this program
- Participation in this program is voluntary
9. Personal Data Protection
By participating in this program, customers consent to the collection, processing, and usage of personal data strictly for verification and fulfillment purposes, in accordance with Imax Refrigerator Malaysia’s Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
