Commercial Refrigerator Usage, Maintenance, and Guideline
1. Carefully Read the User Manual Before Use: Before using the commercial refrigerator, thoroughly review the product’s manual. Ensure the power connection is made using a socket with a ground wire.
2. Allow the Refrigerator to Stand After Transportation: After short or long-distance transportation, let the chiller freezer stand for 2-3 hours before plugging it in and operating.
3. Do Not Adjust Pre-Set Temperature Parameters: The start and stop temperature parameters of the chiller fridge are pre-set at the factory. Non-professionals should not attempt to adjust these settings during use.
4. Initial Operation: For the first use, run the chiller fridge empty (without any items) for 2 hours before placing items inside. Items should be placed in batches, with the first batch filling approximately one-third of the total volume.
5. Avoid Frequent Power Shutdowns: Do not frequently turn off the power. Repeated manual start-stop cycles will reduce the compressor’s lifespan and significantly increase energy consumption.
6. Automatic Temperature Regulation: The display chiller will automatically shut off when it reaches the set temperature and restart when the temperature drops below the set point. This is normal and should not be considered a malfunction.
7. Optimal Placement and Usage Conditions: Do not place the chiller fridge in direct sunlight or high-temperature environments. This will increase energy consumption and shorten the display chiller’s lifespan.
8. Handling Condensation on Glass Doors: Condensation on the surface of glass doors is normal due to environmental factors. Simply wipe it off with a cloth.
9. Regular Maintenance for Energy Efficiency: To save energy and ensure optimal cooling, clean the dust off the condenser fins every 2-3 months. Always disconnect the power before cleaning.
